1st baby shower!

Some friends from Gainesville from our church, Christ Community, threw me a "Long Distance" baby shower!!! so they mailed the gifts, and when they got here, Jason and i threw the shower and had a blast. :O) we were both overwhelmed with their thoughtfulness...we will never forget it.

our first home

we flew out to San Antonio a few weeks ago and found our first new home! the lord was so good to us and led us right to it on the first day! we feel very very blessed! we will be moving on may 22nd!

staff meeting

st. patrick's day is our pastors (Rob) birthday. so at staff meeting on march 17, we celebrated with my homemade banana muffins, and lots of green festivities. :O)

Gate River Run 2008!

on saturday, march 8, jason and i ran our THIRD Gate River Run! Sadly, it will be our last as we are moving to Texas in a couple of months. :O( We had a GREAT time though! several others from church run as well and we have a big "carb loading" dinner the night before.
saturday turned out beautiful for the race (which is in jacksonville, fl), except it was freezing cold prior to running, and it was SOOOOOO windy that i thought i might fly off the bridge!! it sure did make for an interesting run though!
