a florida christmas

well, it is only 11 more days until Christmas! it really is hard to get into the mood for christmas though when you have to turn your air conditioner on. however! i think i am ready! one more shopping trip this saturday for a couple of gifts and i will be set!

just a couple of updates:
jason's birthday is tuesday (the 19th)! he will be 25. Poor thing has a test that Friday (his test for this whole pediatric rotation he has been on), so who knows how much relaxing he will get to do on his birthday. i can't wait, though...nothing like celebrating the birth of the love of your life. :o)

i get to go horse-back riding this friday!!!! for those of you who know my secret passion for horses...this is a big deal for me. i really cannot wait. it is a couple in our church who i have been getting to know, and i found out they have horses! they are so excited that i enjoy riding because they said they are always looking for people to ride. oh billy. this is completely a gift from my Father above. :o)

jason and i will be headed home to niceville for the Christmas break on Friday (22nd) after his test. We both get the whole week of Christmas off! i am excited about that! it is really hard to just go home for a couple of days since both of our families are there...it is hard to feel like i got to spend some good time w/ everyone and i feel torn in all directions. it is so much nicer to go home for a week!

that's it. you are now updated. :o)

p.s. please pray for jason's test next friday and that he can relax on his birthday!
